Carol Schick: Ok, first of all thank you for inviting me. This is such a pleasure. Yes, I do sell plans for our realtors as well as other industries that to fix rather. Why would the realtors be interested in that? Realtors have a lot of areas in their business such as they need legal advice. They go consultation, possibly just telephone calls. They need contact and document review, they may even need some, possibly if they are in a legal situations, such as loss that they may need assistance with that and those are just some of the areas that our legal plans cover for the realtors and brokers in the Denver area.

BrokerIPTV : How does the plan work?

Carol Schick: It does make a lot of sense, because we actually in our business we have a lot of folks that are in real-estate industry and rather than may be talking to the in-house counselor, may be even some of them have attorney on retainer. They can basically pickup the phone for the small price of the plan and call the attorney and get advice without being charged an additional fee.

BrokerIPTV : Is this something thats affordable?

Carol Schick: Yes, this is something thats very affordable.

The Tool Every Investor Must Have

In your investing career how many times have you thought to yourself, “I Would like to have an attorney look at this but I don’t want to spend the money?, I think this is the law, but it would be nice if I could ask an attorney to find out for sure?

As Real Estate Investors it would be nice if we could have an attorney at our disposal whenever we needed one. One that could help with contract questions, tenant disputes, contractor issues, asset protection, and so on. In reality, we would need many attorneys to cover all of these different areas. But potentially, that could get very expensive.

Here is another question for you: How many times have you known you should have an attorney look at something but didn’t want to incur the expense so you just risked it? If you are lucky it didn’t come back to bite you, if you were unlucky you ended up paying the cost many times over and you have vowed to NEVER get into that position again.

Here is something that most people do not know. When you buy a house the purchase agreement you sign is in no way a standard document. Purchase agreements are not written out by each state and then required to be used in each transaction. It does not work that way.
